Return and Exchange Policy:


At Pro.GlobalAutoShop, we specialize in high-quality chrome parts, including grille trims, body side molding trims, trunk trims, roof trims, mirror trims, window trims, and more chrome trim accessories for cars, trucks, SUVs, and CUVs. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are subject to restocking fees many chrome parts are made to order and may not be resellable once returned. Please review our updated return and exchange policy carefully.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted only with prior authorization from Pro.GlobalAutoShop. We aim to handle your return quickly by either issuing a refund or exchanging the product. Shipping and insurance charges you incur are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. More details are listed below:


Return and Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging to be accepted. Additional charges may apply for damaged or incomplete returns.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fees

  • All returnable items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Canceled orders after processing are also subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until Pro.GlobalAutoShop receives and inspects the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving and approving the returned product.
  • Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
❌ Special order items (e.g., imported merchandise). You will be notified if it is a special order item such as custom requests. 
❌ Aerodynamic or styling parts.
❌ Installed or used parts.
